Care Ministries
Here at Eupora Methodist Church, we aren't merely followers of Christ; we are active participants in His Kingdom. As a church, we are called to be plunged into our community, spreading the Holy Love of Christ to all people. The following is a list of what we do as Eupora Methodist Church, and we want to invite you into this lifestyle of loving one another as well. Contact Bro. Cody at pastor@euporamethodist.org.

Hospital Visits
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe that God’s presence is never more vital than in the moments of vulnerability and recovery. Our Hospital Visitation Ministry is dedicated to ensuring that no member of our church family feels forgotten or alone during a medical stay. If you or a loved one is currently in the hospital or expected to be in the hospital, contact the church or Bro. Cody by clicking the Hospital icon above.
Prayer Request
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe in the transformative power of prayer. We serve a God who hears us, cares for our burdens, and invites us to bring our needs and the needs of others before His throne. Our Prayer Request Ministry is a cornerstone of our care for one another, ensuring that no one has to carry their heavy heart alone.
Whether you are celebrating joy, seeking guidance, or navigating a deep trial, our church family is committed to standing with you in spirit and truth. We are a church family, and we want to pray for you. Please let us know how we can pray for you or a loved one today! All prayer requests are shared confidentially with the pastor. Please click the Dove icon above to share your prayer requests today.
Baptisms
At Eupora Methodist Church, we celebrate Holy Baptism as a sacred sign of God’s grace and an entrance into the family of Christ. It is an outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace—a moment where we recognize that we are claimed, loved, and washed clean by God. As a Global Methodist congregation, we believe that Baptism is a gift from God that is offered to people of all ages. Through the water and the Word, we are initiated into Christ’s holy Church and incorporated into a community of faith that will walk alongside us for a lifetime.
If you are a member of our church and you would like to have your child baptized by Bro. Cody, or maybe you yourself have never been baptized and would like to join our church family, please click the Baptism icon above and fill out our Baptism form.
weddings
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe that a wedding is more than a ceremony; it is a sacred covenant made before God and a joyful celebration of Christian marriage. We are honored to provide a beautiful, spiritually grounded setting for couples as they begin their lifelong journey together. If you are interested in having your ceremony at Eupora Methodist Church, please click the Wedding icon above and fill out the Wedding form.
Funeral Services
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe no one should walk through grief alone. Our funeral services, called a Service of Death and Resurrection, offer gentle support, celebrate a life, and remind of God’s love. We open our sanctuary as a peaceful place. Our services honor your loved one’s story and provide a sacred space for tears, laughter, and prayer. Whether through a hymn or a story, we aim to make each service personal, dignified, and meaningful. Please click the Funeral icon above to help plan a funeral service with our funeral guide.
counseling
Life can be a beautiful journey, but we also know that it brings seasons of grief, transition, and personal struggle. At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe that no one should have to walk through the valley alone. Our Pastoral Care and Counseling ministry is here to offer a listening ear, a prayerful heart, and a steady hand when you need it most. You don't have to have everything figured out to start a conversation. Your privacy and your journey are important to us.
If you would like to schedule a time to talk or need assistance finding a mental health professional, please contact our pastor directly by clicking the Counseling icon above.
Altar Flower Ministry
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe that the beauty of creation is grounds for praise. Our Altar Flower Ministry provides a meaningful way for our congregation to honor God while celebrating the people and milestones that shape our lives. The fresh arrangements that grace our sanctuary each Sunday are more than just decoration; they are symbols of life, growth, and the vibrant spirit of our community. If you would like to donate an arrangement for Sunday worship, please click the Altar Flower icon to fill out our Altar Flower Ministry form, select a date, and share who the arrangement is for.
Backpack Buddies Ministry
At Eupora Methodist Church, we believe that no child in our community should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. Our Backpack Buddies Ministry is a hands-on outreach program dedicated to fighting childhood food insecurity by providing nutritious, easy-to-prepare food for students over the weekends. While many children rely on school breakfast and lunch programs during the week, the "weekend gap" can be a time of significant hunger. Backpack Buddies steps in to bridge that gap, ensuring that local students return to school on Monday morning ready to learn and thrive. If you would like to help out with this ministry, please contact the church office!
